Studio Wycliffe

You are invited into our world—a studio of complex textures, colour and design; full of stories just waiting to be explored and captured on film for the glory of our magnificent Creator!

Studio Wycliffe filmmaking opportunities in a mission context.

Through our varied mission focused Studio Wycliffe filmmaking opportunities, you can take part in a documentary workshop, longer-term video internship or other creative opportunities designed for creative professionals (filmmakers, photographers, motion graphic designers…) interested in documentary in a missions context. We also accept novice self-taught filmmakers on a case-by-case basis.

All participants are responsible for raising their own support and are expected to be teachable team players. Our creative filmmaking opportunities run from six weeks to 12 months or longer.

In addition to hands-on production, participants get a unique inside view of local brothers and sisters serving Jesus and the great needs around them in some of the most remote areas of the world. It’s truly an experience of a lifetime. Touch base with us via the “Contact” tab and let’s start a conversation.

Listen and See

“Listen and See” was produced during a five-week documentary workshop/mission trek we call Studio Wycliffe Film Trip. Chris led our intrepid interns, Dan, Michael and Rachel, in a cross-cultural venture in the craft of documentary filmmaking—all on location in Guatemala.

Andrea's Story

Andrea experienced something quite extraordinary—not at all the kind of journey she expected. This engaging documentary was produced by one of our past interns during a custom designed two-month internship.
